Do my staff need to install an app?+
No. ISETIQ works in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer, and can be added to the home screen like an app. Native iPhone and Android apps are coming.
Do guests need an account?+
No. Guests scan the QR code and see the programme straight away. To sign up for an activity they only enter their name and room number.
Which languages are available?+
English, German, Arabic and Russian. Every person picks their own language; the hotel sets a default.
Can several hotels of one group use ISETIQ?+
Yes. Each hotel only sees its own data, and the Enterprise plan brings several hotels together in one account.
Is our data safe?+
Data is stored with strict access rules per hotel, department and role. Managers sign in with two-step verification.
