Who we are

ISETIQ provides scheduling software for hotel entertainment teams (the website isetiq.com and the app app.isetiq.com). Contact: info@isetiq.com.

Website and demo requests

When you send the demo form we store the details you enter (name, hotel, role, email, phone, country, team size, language, message) to answer your request, and send them to our sales mailbox.

To stop abuse we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your network address for a short time – never the real address.

We keep demo requests for up to 24 months unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them earlier.

The ISETIQ app

Hotels use ISETIQ to plan activities, staff and equipment. For this the app stores account details (name, username or email, role, department, language) and work records (activities, assignments, equipment bookings, history).

The hotel decides which data is entered and is responsible for it towards its staff. ISETIQ processes this data on the hotel's behalf.

Guests who sign up for an activity enter only a name and room number; the hotel sees this to run the activity.

Where data is stored

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Supabase, data centre in the EU – Ireland; Vercel for the website) and email with Google Workspace. Access is protected and limited by hotel, department and role.

Cookies and storage

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The app uses technically necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and the browser remembers your chosen language.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Write to info@isetiq.com. If you are in the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
